2. Contempt proceeding is dropped.
3. We are informed that the Gram Panchayat has already forwarded the records to the Sub-Divisional Officer and the Sub-Divisional Officer has held a hearing.

5. The Sub-Divisional Officer will restrict his consideration to the nature of the construction, whether same is valid or invalid without going into the details with regard to the encroachment, title, etc.
