1. Perused the compliance report dated August 10, 2026. The e-pension payment order was issued by the appropriate authority and retirement benefits had been paid. Amount of leave salary had been released and also arrears were paid. TDS-IT and professional tax had been deducted. The certificate of remittance of fund issued by the Indian Bank, Madhya Bazar, Purulia Branch has also been annexed with the compliance report.
2. Under such circumstances, this Court disposes of the contempt application.
3. Contempt proceedings are dropped.
4. If the applicant has any other grievance, he is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum.
5. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
