1. This matter has come up in the list at the instance of the petitioner. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner has indicated requirement for modification of paragraph no. 6 of the order of this Court dated October 5, 2026 in the following manner:-
(i) the words “added respondent” appearing at paragraph no. 6, third line, shall be treated as deleted and the words the “respondent no. 5” shall be substituted in place and stead thereof.
2. Let the modification as above be treated as incorporated in the order of this Court dated October 5, 2026.
3. Rest of the order shall remain unaltered.
