Order

(Per Court)

1. Heard the learned Counsel for the Appellant for quite some time. With his assistance, we have gone through the order passed by the learned Single Judge dated 10.10.2023.

2. After considering the entire material before us, we expressed our disinclination. Learned Advocate for the Appellant submits on instructions, that the Appellant desires to withdraw this Appeal.

3. In view of the above, this Appeal is disposed off as withdrawn on instruction. Consequently, nothing survives in the Civil Applications (CAN No 1 of 2024 and CAN No 2 of 2024) and the same are disposed off.

4. Needless to state that if the Appellant once again applies in response to any advertisement published by the High Court and competes in a fresh selection process, his candidature would be considered on its own merits.
