In Re: An Application for Anticipatory Bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973/Under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in connection with Lalgola Police Station Case No. 149 of 2026 dated 08.03.2026 under sections 21/24 of the Immigration and Foreigners Act, 2025 addition sections 303(2)/317(2)/317(4)/317(5)/3(5) of BNS, 2023 and section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been foisted with the criminal case because of local dispute.
Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits a report wherein it is reflected that there is two previous antecedent of the petitioner in respect of same offences registered as Lalgola PS Case No. 597 of 2026 and Lalgola PS Case No. 110 of 2026.

Having considered the previous conduct of the petitioner including the antecedent, I am not inclined to extend the benefit of anticipatory bail.
As such, prayer for anticipatory bail of Sawkut Ali @ Shoukat Sk in CRM (A) 3094 of 2026 is dismissed. Report submitted be kept with the record.
