1. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the instant writ petition has become infructuous, in as much as the main grievance of the writ petitioners has already been redressed by the respondent authorities during the pendency of the writ petition.

3. In view of the such submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
