Order

(Per Court)

1. The only prayer made by the Petitioner, who is the Original Applicant before the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, is that his O.A.

No.1120 of 2019 pending for final hearing before the Tribunal, may be taken up on an early date.

2. We are aware of the pendency before the learned Tribunal. There can be no debate that every litigant desires that his case should be decided early. However, no case can be granted a special status and no case can be directed to be taken up for final hearing, out of turn, if there are several litigants in queue for getting their cases decided, which are pending since long.

3. In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with the observation that if there are pending O.As. prior to 2019, the Tribunal would endeavour to decide all these pending cases expeditiously. When the Tribunal commences the final hearing of O.As. lodged in 2019, as and when the turn of the Petitioner arrives for a final hearing in the light of date of lodging of his O.A., the Tribunal would take up the same and decide it finally. (OM NARAYAN RAI , J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE) Chief Justice
