Although the FMA 3204 of 2016 was disposed by the judgment dated September 30, 2026 but the date by mistake mentioned as October 30, 2026. Further it appears from the cause title of the said judgment that FMA 3204 of 2016 is show with FMAT 259 of 2016. Let FMAT 259 of 2016 be deleted. Department is directed to make the necessary correction. Other contents of the judgment and order September 30, 2026 remain unaltered.
