30.09.2026 Court No.35. D/L.599. Rakib (Rejected)

CRM (A) 3102 of 2026

In Re: An Application for Anticipatory Bail under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in connection with Manikchak Police Station case no. 280 of 2026 dated 26.02.2026 under Sections and under Sections 21(C)/25/27(A)/29 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

And In the matter of : Sahin Akter @ Sahin Aktar.

……Petitioner. Mr. Md. Anwar Hossain Mr. Aliul Islam

.....for the Petitioner. Mr. Rishav Kumar Singh

……for the State.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated on the basis of statement of co- accused. Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that there are other two cases against the petitioner, one of the which is under the provisions of NDPS Act. Having considered that there two cases against the present petitioner relating to NDPS Act, I am not inclined to extend the benefit of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in CRM (M) 3102 of 2026 is dismissed. Memo of evidence submitted by the State be kept with the record.
