Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for more than one year six months and the dispute relates to a land. The son of the petitioner also died. State produces the case diary and draws the attention of the court to the statement of the wife of the deceased. I have taken into account the narration of facts which categorically states regarding the manner of the commission of offence as well as dismemberment of vital parts of the body.

2 Having considered the same, I am not inclined to release the petitioenr on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected. However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the process of trial. Accordingly, CRM (M) 1991 of 2026 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
