Mr. Aritra Shankar Ray
…for the petitioner
This is an application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India at the instance of the defendant praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, 3rd Court at Medinipur to dispose of Title Execution Case No.13 of 2025 expeditiously. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that in spite of the fact that the date was fixed for issuance of writ, writ is yet to be issued. In the light of the submission made by learned advocate for the petitioner, CO 3479 of 2026 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, 3rd Court at Medinipur to make an endeavour to dispose of title Execution Case No.13 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties keeping in mind the nature of the order sought to be executed. There shall be, however, no order as to costs.
2 Urgent certified photostat copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
