Shankari Pahari Versus Sadhan Pahari & Ors.
None appears on behalf of the petitioner at the time of call. No accommodation has been sought for either. This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendant no.1 praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Contai to dispose of the Title Suit No. 329 of 2025, expeditiously. From the order sheet appended to this application, this Court finds that 9th October, 2026 is fixed for service return. Thus, the suit is not ready for hearing. For such reason, this Court is not inclined to pass any direction for expeditious hearing at this stage. With the aforesaid observation, this civil revision application stands disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
