D/L- 21 29/09/2026 Ct. No.- 6 Aritra C.O. 3410 of 2026

Mrs. Ifrose Meher Vs. Mohd. Ashique & Ors.

Mr. Tanmoy Mukherjee Mr. Abul Mullick ….for the petitioner

The order dated August 17, 2026 passed by the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, West Bengal in Execution Application No. Sc/19/EA.231/2018 is under challenge in this civil revision application at the instance of the developer. On a query of the Court Mr. Mukherjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, in his usual fairness, submits that the decree has already been executed. For such reason this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order impugned. Accordingly, CO 3410 of 2026 stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
