Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail, draws the attention of the Court to the statement of the victim under Section 183 of the BNSS. I have taken into account the charges which the petitioner is facing and at the same time, I find that the expert opinion is yet to be received by the investigating agency. Having over view of whole of the circumstances, I am of the opinion that petitioner maybe released on bail. As such, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Accordingly, the petitioner, namely, Aman Singh @ Suraj Singh shall be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only), with two sureties of Rs.10,000/-
