Learned advocates for the parties are present. The matter is put up for necessary clarification. This matter was disposed of by the judgment dated September 28, 2026. In page 7 of the judgment although it was specifically mentioned that the consortium which was not granted to both the appellants/parents, the said consortium be granted to both the appellants/parents and hence Rs.44,000/- was enhanced in compensation and there was no mention about medical expenses. As the medical expenses being not awarded in the appeal as not interfered with the findings of the learned Trial Court it is clarified that no further observation is necessary with regard to medical expenses.
