1. Matter has come up at the instance of the petitioner and it is submitted by filing of affidavit of service in order to show that the further investigation was directed to be conducted by this Court has been completed and this petitioner has been discharge.
2. Copy of the supplementary affidavit has been served upon the learned advocate representing the State. In view of the said development there remains nothing to be adjudicated further in this revisional application which was originally filed for quashing of that proceeding under Section 17 of the West Bengal Inland Fisheries Act, 1984 and Section 4D of the West Bengal Land and Land Reforms Act, 1955.
3. In view of the above let his revisional application disposed of being infructuous.
