1. The order of this Court dated 28.09.2026 be corrected and modified by deleting words “Hooghly” from Paragraphs 1, 13 and 14 substituting the same with the word “Nadia” in those paragraphs.
2. This order be read as part and parcel of this Court’s earlier order dated September 28, 2026. The rest portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.
