WPA 15307 of 2026 (Mina Dakal vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.)

Mr. Goutam Banerjee Mr. Raja Ghosh …. For the Petitioner Mr. Sundar Gopal Bhattacharya …. For the State Mr. Mukteswar Maity Mr. Prabir Roy Ms. Manika Sarkar …. For the Respondent no. 7

Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record. The petitioner alleges that the 7th respondent is raising construction by encroaching upon her land. The dispute between the parties is essentially civil in nature. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate civil forum for redressal of her grievance. The writ petition is not maintainable and is, therefore, dismissed. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities. (Suvra Ghosh, J.)
