Ms. Banerjee, learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor submits that an amount of Rs.22032/- has already been transferred to the bank account of the petitioner. Such submission is not disputed by the learned advocate for the petitioner. She, however, submits that the calculation of the aforesaid amount is not in accordance with the petitioner’s entitlement. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the decisions taken as recorded in the aforesaid orders, it will be open to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law.
