1. The typographical errors apparent as narrated below may be corrected in the following manner:- i) In the cause title name of the petitioner written as “Buddhadeb Mondal” be substituted with “ Buddhadev Mondal” . ii) In paragraphs 10,11 and 12 the fresh “ROPA 1999” be omitted and written and read as “ROPA 1998”.
2. This order be read as part and parcel of this Court’s earlier order dated September 25, 2026. The rest portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.
