Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are in custody for about six months. The petitioner no.1 has a child of six years and has been implicated in the case for reasons which are otherwise. Petitioner no.2 is the son of the deceased who according to the prosecution’s case joined hands with the mother to murder his father [the deceased]. State has produced the case diary and opposes the prayer for bail. I have taken into account the materials which are appearing and most of the witnesses have corroborated the factum of the mother and the son having committed the

2 offence. The mode and manner are the same as stated by the witnesses. Having considered the stage of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the present petitioners. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is Rejected. Accordingly, CRM (M) 2281 of 2026 is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon’ble High Court, Calcutta. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
