1. This is an application for restoration.
2. Having heard the learned advocates for the respective parties and upon perusing the averments made in the application, I am satisfied with the explanation offered for the absence of the learned Advocate for the petitioner on 25th September, 2026, when the writ petition was dismissed for default.
3. In view thereof, the application being CAN 1 of 2026 is allowed. The order dated 25.09.2026 is recalled, and the writ petition is restored to its original file and number.
4. Place the matter for hearing on 08.10.2026.
