1. This writ petition is pending since the year 2008.
2. Lastly, the matter was listed in the month of November, 2008, when none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and direction was given that the matter be delisted with liberty to the petitioner to mention the matter for enlistment after four weeks upon notice to the respondents.
