Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that inadvertently there are typographical insertions in the application, as such, wants to withdraw the application. In view of the submissions advanced, CRM (A) 3355 of 2026 is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file afresh. Department is directed to return the certified copy to the advocate on record of the petitioner on the same being replaced by a Photostat copy. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon’ble High Court, Calcutta.
