Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he has instructions not to proceed with the bail application.
State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. However, since the learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that on the self-same issue no second application for anticipatory bail will be preferred on behalf of the petitioner, I am inclined to allow the prayer.
Accordingly, CRM (A) 3033 of 2026 is dismissed as not pressed.
