1. Contempt alleged of the order being dated 27.03.2019 passed by Co-ordinate Bench is stated to have been complied with substantially. Insofar as the residuary claims of the applicants, if any, it is submitted on instructions by Mr. Chakraborty that his clients shall pursue alternative ADR method as he claims available in the agreement between the parties in accordance with law.
2. Having regard to the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the contempt application.

3. Accordingly, CPAN 625 of 2021 is disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.
