Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he has instructions not to proceed with the bail application. Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail emphasizing that cross-examination of the PW1 is stretched by the petitioner for one and half years. Be that as it may, since the petitioner has prayed for withdrawal, CRM (NDPS) 2003 of 2026 is dismissed as not pressed. Memo of evidence submitted by the State be kept with the record.
