Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was intercepted at the Calcutta Air Port with the accusations of having recovery of 3916 gm of ganja. The petitioner is in custody since 30.01.2026 and complaint has been filed before the learned jurisdictional court. Therefore, learned advocate, prays that the petitioner may be released on bail.
