The payment vouchers have been filed which indicate that the order of this Court has been complied with. With regard to non-payment of the amount which the applicant submits to be due, it is submitted by the alleged contemnor that those amounts were deducted on account of cess and royalty and the vouchers would reflect the same. This is a disputed question which cannot be gone into in the contempt application. Accordingly, the applicant/writ petitioner is granted liberty to take steps in accordance with law with regard to the alleged deduction and non-payment of the entire dues.
2 The contempt application is thus disposed of and the contempt proceedings are dropped. The Rule is discharged.
