1. The learned advocate on record representing the petitioners submits that the petitioners do not intend to proceed with the present civil revisional application being No.C.O.2077 of 2023 and in support of his contention, he has filed a letter issued by both the petitioners addressing the learned advocate on record representing them. Through the said letter the petitioners have expressed their intention of not proceeding with the present civil revisional application.
2. In such circumstance civil revisional application being C.O.No.2077 of 2023 is dismissed for non- prosecution, consequently the interim orders if any stand vacted.
