C.R.M. (NDPS) 1984 of 2026

In Re : An Application for bail under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, filed in connection with Raninagar Police Station Case No. 858 of 2025 dated 30.12.2025 under Sections 21(c)/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

And

In Re : Mintu Sk ... Petitioner.

Mr. Arnab Chatterjee, Mr. Anisur Rahman

... For the Petitioner.

Mr. Gouranga Kumar Das, APP, Mr. Amal Kumar Dutta, Ms. Nabamita Chatterjee

... For the State.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner complains of seizure list witness being manipulated. Let the said issue be canvassed before the learned Special Court. So far as the records of the learned Trial Court are concerned, I find that there are observations regarding other issues concerned, but so far as the seizure list is concerned, since such a point was not canvassed, learned advocate for the petitioner is granted liberty to first canvass the issues before the learned Trial Court and thereafter approach this Court. With the aforesaid observations, without commenting on the merits of the prayer for bail, the application being CRM (NDPS) 1984 of 2026 is disposed of.

Memo of Evidence submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
