Leave is granted to the petitioner to amend the cause-title. It has been clarified by the learned advocate for the NCB that total quantum seized in the present case is 564 gm of opium. The complaint has already been submitted before the learned Special Court. In view of the quantum of seizure in the present case which is of intermediate quantity, I am of the opinion that further detention of the present petitioner is unwarranted. Accordingly, the petitioner viz, Hritik Navrang @ Hritik Nararang shall be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand only), with two sureties of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned Special Court (NDPS Act), 6th Court, Barasat.
