1. The matter has appeared in the list under the heading ‘To Be Mentioned’ for correction of the appearances of the appearing counsels as recorded in the order dated 18th September, 2026.
2. The appearance of the learned advocates recorded in the order dated 18th September, 2026 in respect of the petitioners were not recorded inadvertently.
3. Be it recorded that Ms. Nandini Khaitan and Ms. Priyanka Jain, learned advocates represented for the petitioners along with Mr. D. N. Sharma, Sr. Adv, Mr. Ajay Bhargava and Mr. Anunoy Basu on 18th September, 2026.
4. In the first line of paragraph 1, the words shall be read as ‘has been amalgamated with Ultratech Cement Limited with effect from April 20, 2024’ in place and stead of ‘is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ultratech Cement Limited.
5. In the seventh line of paragraph no. 2, the date shall be read as ‘28.07.2017’ in place and stead of ‘29.7.2017’. In the seventh line of paragraph no.3, the date shall be read as ‘19.11.2018’ in place and stead of ‘26.7.2019’.

6. In the third line of sub-para iii of paragraph no. 4 ‘2009-10 and’ shall be added before 2011-2012.
7. In the first line of sub para i of paragraph no. 6 the words ‘11.03.2020 and further by order date’ shall be added before 08.07.2021. In the first line of sub-para viii of paragraph no. 6 ‘238’ shall be added in place and stead of ‘38’.
8. The remaining part of the said order will remain unaltered.
9. Let the order dated 18th September, 2026 be read along with today’s order.
10. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
