1. The petitioner is aggrieved that her engagement, which was on a temporary and contractual basis for a period of two years, has not been considered for permanent engagement in spite of orders of this Hon’ble Court passed in WPA/23126/2023 on March 7, 2024 and May 3, 2024.

2. The authorities had, however, not discharged their obligations as stipulated; on account whereof, a contempt petition was filed, which was disposed of on July 3, 2026, granting liberty to the petitioner to take out a separate proceeding to agitate her grievance, if she was not permanently engaged by the State.

3. The petitioner has not made any further application to be considered after the order of July 3, 2026. The petitioner is granted liberty to make such an application by September 30, 2026.

4. The respondent no. 3 will consider the application of the petitioner for engagement on permanent basis on the basis of the orders dated March 7, 2024, and July 3, 2026.
