Heard the learned counsels for the parties at length. Learned counsel for the respondent authorities submits that the petrol pump has been commissioned and the petitioner has approached this Court at a belated stage. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds that the issue involved herein pertains to environmental pollution and cannot be entertained by this Court. Let this writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh before the appropriate forum for effective consideration and adjudication.
