The present contempt application has been preferred alleging violation of an order dated 25th March, 2014 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in the appeal being FMA 178 of 2013. Records reveal that none entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner previously on two occasions. Today also, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner and no accommodation has been sought for.
