Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the case has been registered for threatening the informant. There was an earlier case pursuant to the same the present case has been initiated to harass the petitioner. So far as the State is concerned, State has produced the Case Diary opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and submitted that by way of Whatsapp and other social networking platforms victim has been threatened.
