1. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to plead guilty before the learned Trial Court.
2. Records reflect that the petitioner is in custody for about one year three months. Some time will be required to take the trial to its logical conclusion. As such under the circumstances I direct the learned Trial Court that if the petitioner pleads guilty in that case learned Trial Court would after passing orders of conviction, pass immediate orders for deportation of the present petitioner to his parent country.
3. With the aforesaid observation, C.R.M (M) 1172 of 2026 is dismissed.
4. Learned Jurisdictional Court is directed to adhere to the directions passed above.
5. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the Official website of this Court.
6. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
