1. We do not find any merit in the appeal.
2. By an order dated August 17, 2026, passed in WPA 20819 of 2026, the learned Single Judge had already directed the prescribed authority to hold the meeting for removal of the pradhan. The meeting was held on August 21, 2026 on the basis of Her Lordship’s order and the appellant participated in the said proceeding. Thereafter, the meeting for election of the new pradhan was held on September 2, 2026 and the appellant cast his vote and participated in the said meeting. The order of August 17, 2026 was duly accepted by the appellant. The appellant also acted upon the same.
3. Under such circumstances, the challenge to the meeting dated August 21, 2026, on the ground that the same was beyond 30 days, dose not survive.
4. Her Lordship rightly held that the issue involved was already decided by Her Lordship earlier and the writ petition was barred by the principles of res judicata.
