1. By reason of typographical error in the 1st page of the order dated 2nd September, 2026, the name of the learned advocate for NKDA has been erroneously recorded as ‘Sagar Dutta’ in place and stead of ‘Sagar Saha’.
2. Accordingly, office is directed to make necessary corrections in the order dated 2nd September, 2026.
