1. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant seeks to withdraw the appeal since the impugned order is not an appealable one, with liberty to file a proper challenge against the same.
2. Accordingly, FAT No. 185 of 2026 and CAN 1 of 2026 are dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the appellant to prefer a properly constituted challenge before the appropriate forum/court against the self-same impugned order.
3. There will be no order as to costs.
4. Liberty is granted to the learned Advocate-on-record for the appellant to take back the certified copy of the impugned order, upon furnishing a photocopy thereof for the records.
