1. Learned advocate for the applicants submits that the order of this court has been complied with. However, he is aggrieved by a portion of the order passed by the alleged contemnors.
2. Under such circumstances, the contempt application is disposed of and the contempt proceedings are dropped.
3. Liberty is granted to the applicants to challenge the said order before the appropriate forum as this gives rise to a fresh cause of action.
