1. Mr. Mukherjee, learned advocate appearing for the KMC submits that the demolition work is going on.
2. Mr. Jahan, learned advocate for the appellants submits that his clients do not want to proceed with the appeal as the premises are not in a habitable condition.
3. Accordingly, the appeal and the connected application are dismissed as not pressed.
4. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
