1. From the affidavit of service and track reports which are filed today, it appears that both the alleged contemnors have received the notice of contempt, but none of them appears before this Court. They are not even represented by any learned counsel.
2. It appears that they have taken the Court proceedings very lightly.
3. Let Rule of Contempt be issued against the alleged contemnors. Rule is made returnable on September 21, 2026.
4. Pendency of the contempt application will not stand in the way of the contemnor to comply with the direction passed by the Court.
