The present appeal has been preferred by the Officer-in-Charge, Garden Reach Police Station challenging an order dated 5th June, 2025 passed by the learned single Judge in the writ petition, being WPA 12361 of 2025.
Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the appellant submits, upon instruction, that the appellant does not want to proceed with the appeal.
