1. The learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that, she is seeking early disposal of the pre- emption Misc Case 16 of 2025, which has been filed under Section 8 of the West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955.
2. Considering the fact, that the said pre-emption Misc Case has been filed just in the year, 2025, this Court is not inclined to pass any order for expeditious hearing of the said pre-emption Misc. Case 16 of 2025.
3. As such prayer is rejected.
4. Accordingly, CO 304 of 2026 is thus disposed of. No costs.
5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
