Learned counsel representing the petitioners produces copy of the information slip and through the information slip, it transpires that written statement and written objection has been filed on behalf of the defendant on 12th May, 2026 and it is fixed on 12th November, 2026 for acceptance of the written statement.
On perusal of the record, it transpires that the Title Suit is of the year 2024. Considering the status and the year of filing of the suit this court is not inclined to pass any order for expeditious hearing as such the application is rejected.
