1. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant/wife no longer wishes to proceed with the appeal and files a printout of an email written by the appellant to the learned Advocate-on-record for the appellant in that regard.
2. The said printout be kept on record.
3. In view of the above submission, FAT No. 193 of 2025 is dismissed for non-prosecution without any order as to costs.
4. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
