1. This matter has been listed today at the instance of the learned Advocate appearing for the respondent no. 3 since certain typographical errors have crept into the order dated 19th August, 2026 inadvertently.

2. Mr. Saha has rightly pointed out that, on 19th August, 2026, when the matter was last taken up for hearing, he represented respondent no. 3. However, in the first and second lines of paragraph 11 of the order dated 19th August, 2026, it was erroneously recorded that he was representing respondent nos. 9 and 10. Accordingly, in the first and second lines of paragraph 11 of the said order, the words “respondent nos. 9 and 10” have been mistakenly recorded in place of the words “respondent no. 3”.

3. In paragraph 15 of the said order, the words “respondent no. 3” have been mistakenly recorded in the second and tenth lines in place of the words “respondent no. 2”.

4. In the second line of paragraph 15 of the said order, the date being „22nd July, 2026 has been erroneously recorded in place of „2nd July, 2026‟.

5. Since the errors are typographical in nature and their correction is ministerial, the office is directed to carry out the

2 aforesaid corrections in the said order in terms of this order. The other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.

6. Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
