Learned advocates for the parties are present. The matter is put up for necessary rectification in the judgment and order dated August 18, 2026. In the said judgment in page 1 of first paragraph and page 8 of second paragraph instead of Learned Additional District Judge Fast Track Court Alipurduar, it shall be rectified as Learned Additional District Judge Fast Track, 1st Court, Alipurduar. Similarly in the other paragraphs Learned Additional District Judge Fast Track Court Alipurduar shall be read as Learned Additional District Judge Fast Track, 1st Court, Alipurduar. Other contents of the judgment dated August 18, 2026 remain unaltered.
